PRODUCT STORYTELLER

Robin Gittens

SUMMARY

A personal AI-powered product strategy tool I built in Lovable to help turn raw ideas into structured business plans, product narratives, MVP direction, launch strategy, and measurable roadmap thinking.

PROBLEM STATEMENT (PRIMARY)

Product teams experience friction when turning early ideas into clear, structured, and decision-ready product narratives, which results in scattered thinking, slower alignment, unclear MVP scope, and weaker confidence around roadmap, GTM, and investment decisions.

MY ROLE

I designed and built the tool as a product builder, prompt engineer, UX strategist, and AI workflow designer to demonstrate how AI can accelerate product discovery, strategy, and early-stage planning.

PRODUCT APPROACH

The tool can generate:

  • Executive summary

  • Vision, mission, and positioning

  • Problem statement

  • Personas and customer segments

  • Value proposition

  • Competitive landscape

  • UX Personas, customer journeys

  • AI orchestration workflows

  • Metrics, KPIs, roadmap, launch plan, and risk mitigation

  • MVP scope, user story maps

  • Business model and pricing strategy

  • Marketing, growth, and sales funnel

  • Operations plan

  • Technology direction

  • Legal, privacy, and AI-guardrails

KEY DECISIONS

  • Positioned AI as a strategy assistant, not a replacement for product judgment

  • Designed outputs to support stakeholder alignment and early decision-making

  • Made the workflow reusable across companies, teams, and product ideas

  • Used Lovable to rapidly prototype a practical AI-enabled product tool

  • Validated the tool through a real product concept: Poetique

IMPACT

  • Discovery
Structures problems, personas, and customer needs

  • Strategy
Frames positioning, MVP scope, roadmap, and business model

  • AI workflow design
Turns repeatable PM thinking into reusable product logic

  • Product building
Shows hands-on AI prototyping with Lovable

  • Alignment
Creates decision-ready artifacts for teams and stakeholders

KEY TAKEAWAYS

Product Storyteller shows how I use AI to reduce ambiguity, accelerate product thinking, and build practical tools that help teams move from idea to strategy faster.
